Competing in the 198 pound class with an actual bodyweight of 192 Levi Hejl had a good day of lifting.

The 17 year old opened in the squat with 606 pounds, taking 650 on his second (WPC unofficial teenage WR), and 705 on his third for the highest squat in the teenage division regardless of weight class.

Bench went well with successfull attempts at 330 and 369 and a miss at 402 and a scary face dump. There were no injuries thanks to the efforts of the spotters

The deadlift also happend in a 2 for 3 fashion. Successfull attempts were 501 pounds as well as a 551 that was a huge effort.

He brought home the Teenage National title along with a respectable 1625 total.

 If you live close to here come and get a bad ass workout. Especially if you can lift a lot. I need to be pushed. We got 2 full time members and you all know how dangerous squating can be with one spotter (especially 600lbs.). I dont care who the hell you are, get your ass down here, and train for the best sport ever invented. This gym will put hair on yo nuts, and pounds on your bench. and we all know how much the ladies love hairy nuts and big benches. o.k mabe not hairy nuts, but come on mutha fuckas
